Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 full scoop protein powder 
  • 3 ml (½ tsp) fresh ginger, grated  
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Nutrilait 2% Lactose Free Milk 
  • A few ice cubes or crushed ice
 

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the avocado, protein powder, ginger, basil leaves and milk. 
  2. Blend until smooth. Add a few ice cubes or crushed ice. Pulse until desired consistency is obtained. 
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
