For the filling
- 2 containers (400 g each) Saputo Ricotta di Campagna
- 180 mL (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) Nutrilait 35% m.f. whipping cream
- 10 mL (2 tsp) pure vanilla extract
