Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups) Nutrilait 1% milk
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen mango
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen peaches
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) Neilson 1% cottage cheese
  • 3 dried apricots (optional)
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) ginger (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a blender until texture is smooth and ingredients are combined.
  2. Pour into a large glass or in a travel container.
  3. Top with fruit and drink with a straw, at home or on the run!
