Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (or mango), peeled and sliced
  • 500 mL (2 cups) of Nutrilait 1% milk, very cold
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
  • Vanilla extract, to taste

Directions

  1. Place the banana (or mango) and avocados in a blender.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla and blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
